The Volunteer Home Repair and Weatherization Program provides materials and tools to volunteer groups assisting homeowners by painting and repairing the exterior of the home and improving energy efficiency. Together with these groups, the Program provides basic exterior repairs to homes in the Dallas area. The repairs focus on health and sanitation, safety, and energy efficiency.
